Financial Information. We collect financial information from our customers in order to process payments. Customers who engage our services to provide advertisements on their behalf provide various banking information to pay us for our services. We also receive financial information from customers who sign on with us as game developers to receive payments from us for advertising placed in the game developer’s game. We use the accounting software Tipalti to pay game developers. Tipalti’s privacy policy may be viewed at www.tipalti.com/privacy.

Social Media Information. We may also offer services that allow you to share information with third-party social media websites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.  When you engage with our Website through third-party social media sites, you understand that you may be allowing us to have ongoing access to certain information stored on those social media sites (e.g., your public profile, friend list, people you follow or who follow you, your email address, birthday, work history, education history, interests, current city, religious and political views, website, personal description, and likes, and your friends’ birthdays, education histories, personal descriptions, and likes).  We may receive certain information about you which is stored on social media sites if other users of those sites give us access to their profiles and you are one of their friends or connections depending upon your settings on those third-party social networking sites.   We may also receive other information (e.g., content viewed and information about the advertisements within the content you have been shown or may have clicked on, etc.) from your interaction with our Website.  The information we have access to from the third-party social media websites varies by website and is controlled by your privacy settings on that website and by your consent.  The information that may be passed to analytics providers and advertising partners is via cookies and tracking technologies.  Please see below for information including your choices in relation to these technologies.  By authorizing us to have access to this information, you agree that we may collect, use, and store information from these websites in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect Via Our Software Development Kit on Roblox

De-Identified Information about Players from Roblox. When a game developer signs up with us to monetize their Roblox game, the game developer provides us their Roblox game link and authorizes the installation of our software development kit within the game, which allows us to serve advertisements to the advertisement placements the game developer puts in their game. The software development kits collect de-identified information about the players of the game from the Roblox environment. How We Use and Retain Your Information

We use aggregate information about our users and non-personal information to analyze Website and user behavior and prepare aggregated reports. 

We use de-identified data about Roblox players to determine the appropriate advertisements to place on our game developers’ Roblox games. 

We use information from the Website to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, security breaches, potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our Terms of Use.
